Vampire Hazards (retired)

(Don't really know how I'm gonna organise these guys because they're all kinda minor for now and don't have much art but uhhhhhh yeah joint profile for now I guess lol... big WIP for now)

"Hazards" are a rank of vampire in the new regime system of Queen Alice. They serve as liason between the queen and her subjects, enforcers of justice, and local mediators. Hazards are assigned districts, cities, or even entire states/provinces depending on vampire population density. Due to the relative newness of queen Alice's system of power and her tenuous grip on the loyalty of the vampire populace, Hazards are stretched a little thin and are much less common outside of the United States. Hazards wear a black stone ring that identifies them as such.

Hazards:

• Naja
  One of the oldest Hazards, Naja is the Hazard of New York city's southern/western half. Mischievious and often as childish as his 16-17 year old appearance suggests, he nonetheless genuinely cares for the troubles of the vampires he oversees and believes in the queen's vision for an orderly, peaceful kingdom of vampires. Appearance-wise he is a slender teenage boy of sri lankan origin, with black eyes and long snake-like fangs when he decides to have them. He has the power to meld into and travel through shadows, and even to control others by entering the shadows within their bodies. He is very weak to sunlight.
• Invisible Hazard (unnamed)
  Responsible for the other half of NYC, very different from Naja; secretive and suspicious. Spends almost all of her time invisible, and to do so is completely nude. White skin, shock of red hair, demonic features, totally unabashed about appearing at meetings fully nude. Chinese in origin. Marred by paranoia but very shrewd, difficult to make friends with, no social skills.
• The Duke
  The Duke is the sole "father" of the Whiteeye bloodline of vampires, an extensive network of vampire siblings with similar traits who blend into the homeless population of major cities. Such "blood clan" building is illegal under the laws of queen Alice's new monarchy but an exception was made for the Duke after he pledged loyalty and his extensive network of highly-trained wards came into queen Alice's hands. The Duke fuctions as a regular Hazard of his area but is also the master of the queen's intelligence network. Appearance-wise, he is a bearded caucasian man in his 60's with lanky hair, and can appear as either a vagrant or a finely dressed gentleman. Like all whiteeye vampires he is exceptionally strong and his eyes are milky white unless he decides otherwise, and his weaknesses are typically whiteeye.
