A very creepy individual, claiming to be the one who controls a hivemind of blue figures he calls "the boys", or moreso "his boys". They are a seemingly unstoppable force, being able to rip and tear through any person and can slip through any crack for the sole purpose to kill, cause chaos, and instill fear. He treats and refers them moreso as his kids than, well, whatever they actually are.

He seems to be acting as a villain of sorts, but not having an exact clear motive for his actions, though supposedly nobody's even asked. He just seems to have individual grudges on people or groups and "cleans up" with the creatures he controls.

He himself though is quite weak, being a bit of a coward and doesn't have nearly any body strength or coordination. He constantly can trip over himself and tends to not work well with his hands, dropping pens and other objects he may hold very often... he can sort of use a gun though! So he has at least one thing going for him.

His personality is, well, very creepy. He always gives off this off putting vibe, always having a smile so wide his eyes are barely visible and giggling to himself often. He is very hyper-friendly as well, being polite and sweet to a point that makes him seem childish... though considering those looks he gives people it seems pretty clear it ain't always genuine. He has a bit of a superiority complex--may not say it outright but it's pretty obvious. Look at the bastard.

Trivia

• Usually tends to have 1 or 2 boys with him at the minimum at all times
• His eyes are a similar unnatural blue color to them as the boys, though it may just be contacts. Or not.

• He's actually fine talking about himself to those who ask, people probably would get a lot more info about this guy if they simply just talked to him. He's a pretty friendly open book as long as he's talking to someone whom he doesn't really care too much about.
