Zooper is pretty laid-back, some would say too much so, and likes making friends. He’s easy to get along with, though sometimes will say things he really shouldn’t. Despite being sleepy-eyed and talking fairly slow and soft, he’s full of energy and usually ready to do whatever sounds fun to him. He has a strong desire to find a matesprit, or anyone who lets him have flushed feelings towards them.
Zooper is a bit odd to interact with due to his memory issues. You could ask him anything, even about himself, and he wouldn’t give a straight answer. Not because he’s mysterious; he just won’t remember. He can still remember things about people important to him, despite his poor memory.

- Due to his severe short-term memory loss, Zooper carries around a binder full of important information. He can still remember things about people important to him despite his poor memory, but has issues with the specifics.
- The hole his teeth create makes a slight whistling noise with his "s" sounds, which worsens with "sh" sounds. His spoken dialogue has "s" written as "ˢ" and "sh" written "sʰ" to visually reflect this. ("You wanted to sʰow me ˢomthing?")
