Profile
Fels came into this world out of nowhere along with Kiwi. He has no family, no past, and nobody knows where he came from. He seems to act like a typical chaotic teen, but there's just a few strange questions that arise from his presence. Where does he live? Why does he seem to know just about everyone here? Despite all this, residents of the world accept him nonetheless.
Fels is relatively outgoing and participates in chaos sometimes. He is a bit softer however, and often cartoonishly emotional over silly things. He often helps Kiwi with pranks and messing with others.
He likes to lag behind a little and takes things slower, often hesitant to take risks, but gets roped in at the end regardless. However, if you squint hard enough, you'll notice that his eyes reflect the surroundings strangely...

- the crown never seems to fall off his head, no matter how much he shakes it. he can remove it himself with his hands, however.

fels is always seen a black turtleneck with a pink varsity jacket.
he will sometimes be wearing various outfits for events (halloween, christmas, cat onesie etc) and often wears dresses.
Fels was created alongside of Kiwi as dolls that are "security camera" to make sure the world is in check. He does not have memory of her job, only a vague knowledge of the goal he has to pursue.
Fels and Kiwi were sent into the world to just otherwise live a normal typical life and interact with the people there as a way for their creators to collect data about the universe and how the people are doing.
These two are typically shown to be appearing just about anywhere and even swapping places sometimes, but nobody questions this. That is because their creators placed a specific code on them as to have their strangeness be relatively unnoticed by the actual residence of the world.
Fels cannot "die." Any attempts to kill him would result in some sort of a comical cartoon rebound. The only way to subdue him is to revert him back to his doll state, which is nearly impossible to achieve without knowledge of it first.
Kiwi and Fels seem to be generally aware that they are written off the same blueprint and will frequently make jokes about it. When others ask, they just say they're twins. The two are chaosmakers and are frequently seen together, or sometimes in each other's places.
The Admin created their two security dolls as a way to see their world through a civilian's eyes. Fels is unaware of The Admin's existence. However, The Admin relies on Kiwi and Fels to keep track of their world and make sure nothing goes wrong again.
Fels is also unaware of K's existence. K, however, enjoys watching the shenanigans of Kiwi and Fels, often live commenting about their adventures for fun.
