Personality
Lamonte is a calm and intelligent presence of the Shedor Milita. Cool and collected, but always showing a smile, Lamonte keeps everyone grounded and prepared for action. He often lends his advice to any tacticians in the army, and always attempts to fight with honor first.

Appearance
Lamonte wears green armor with golden trim while on duty, with a green shirt and green boots to match. He wears dark pants underneath. When not wearing his armor, Lamonte is most often found in formalwear: either a clean suit or vest with a dresshirt.

Backstory
An armored sword knight of the militia. Lamonte comes from a noble family of Shedor, and has the manners and poise to show for it. However, his shortcoming is that he is not overly strong on his own: he relies on Arden for a lot of heavy lifting. He is the second member of “The Charisma Crew”. Together, he and Arden are Morana’s adoptive parents.

Lamonte has had a fancy for Arden ever since he showed his "go get 'em" attitude in the Militia. Lamonte truly does believe Arden can do anything he sets his mind to: he just has to help his husband with the planning and the logistics.

Once Morana explained her home situation to the Militia, Lamonte felt it was a calling for him and Arden to help her and take her in. Lamonte adores Morana's sweeter side when she feels comfortable enough to show it and tends to be just as affectionate toward her as Arden, though not as loud.

Trivia
- ● Lamonte was originally supposed to have the flower/sun insignia of Shedor on the cloth banner he wears, but it wouldn't have shown up well on the token, so I left it out. I was going to revisit the idea after the timeskip for the second campaign, with the insignia on his shield instead, but I still haven't drawn his timeskip design digitally other than his tiny sprite again! I'll get to it eventually.
- ● Lamonte comes from a family of Nobility with a long history of being knights of Shedor. He was happy to continue the tradition, and trained diligently in the studies of various weapons, armors, and blacksmithing techniques.
- ● Arden and Lamonte got married within the 5 year timeskip of the first campaign to the second. The wedding took place near a serene lake in Shedor.
- ● When Prinn isn't around, Lamonte often tries to make herbal remedies to help allies himself. Sometimes they're effective, but other times...not so much.
