  all sales are final.

i will not offer refunds for products that have already been purchased and sent payment has been acknowledged by myself. this includes, but is not limited to, adopts/designs, bases, autobuy tickets, and custom tickets. asking for a refund will result in a very clear answer.

  holds and bids are to be upkept.

holds and bids placed should not be placed, then afterwards broken. typically i will have more information regarding holds on the information for the design for things such as down payments, timeframe etc. if you are the highest bidder i will assume you have the money ready to send there and then, please let me know if otherwise. i don't expect people who have been outbid to have the money set aside anymore. if you back out of holds or bids continuously i will have to potentially blacklist you.

  sell my designs for as much as you want.

i don't care if you sell designs you got for free/through trade. i don't care if you hike the price of designs you bought. you can do whatever in regards to redistributing characters i made, so long as you don't give them to anyone on my blacklist. if you do that, you may be added to it as well.

  feel free to change/revamp my designs.

you can edit my designs as much as you like, however they still must be recognisable and you must credit me for the initial design. the character having multiple designers is fine by me, but i still must be given appropriate credit even if the initial design is changed.

  do not edit/draw over my designs without permission.

for all the initial art that comes with designs i sell, i would much rather you ask me first before drawing over them or making edits on top of the art. nothing will come if it if you do that without checking with me first, but it's just manners.

  provide appropriate credit.

credit me with the site's features via username, don't use links for anything on toyhouse, my username is Halographic. link back to my toyhouse account when posting offline.
