Aja lives in whatever abandoned or long-term vacant buildings she can, and currently is living in a seemingly abandoned hunting shack in the woods not far past the end of Rockwell Dr. in Jackson.

Aja's wish to remain unknown limits our knowledge of her.  Reshu discerned her living in the shack while hunting several years ago, and has thus far made very tentative contact with her, and, it seems has assured her she (Reshu) is not a threat and will respect her desire to be alone, and extended an invitation to talk if and when she desires.

Thus far that offer remains standing with Aja not acting on it.

In the brief interaction Reshu had, beyond her name, she learned Aja is a dimensional traveler, from a people or a species called "Nyktofillias", interested in observing unobserved, and to the best of her instinct, kind hearted.

In the time since Reshu researched Nyktofillia, finding next to nothing save a single page from an early 20th century naturalaist that went by the name Tuma.  She scanned a copy of the notes which is included here in the gallery.  Below is a copy of the notes.

This species / people is called Nyktofilias! 

They are priests/healer who are only able to live in the darkness. 

Up to now there are only females discovered. 

Since their only organs are their brain and their heart, they are pretty caring and emotional but also really curious about the anatomy of any living creature 

The skin over their ribcage is pretty thin (but also very robust) but so their ribs shine thru and also the heart is visible. 

Their weakness is the tail so they ALWAYS bandage it, except the tip that is hard and scalie. 

The main body color of em is dark fading to slightly more brighter colors but never saturated ones - tho they really like shiny tattoos 

Their flesh is less dark than their body and the teeth can be light or dark

They don't know the feeling of being angry and they never attack anyone. They would rather die than hurting someone. Although their teeth look very dangerous, their bite is not venomous but healing! 

They live apart from society, in old ruins/churches/temples/... to study anatomy, healing/medicine and psychology with the ability to travel through dimensions to collect more knowledge. 

Beyond this, nothing is known. 

Reshu holds out hope Aja will allow her to visit, even if it's so Aja can study her.
