Ninja Sam is a Ninja in training, part of a clan of Ninjas who learn to protect their town and learn the secret technique to become a Spiral Dragon Master. They wish to be the next up to become a Spiral Dragon Master, but it's going to take a lot more than that to reach that point. Their clan of Ninjas is in a constant battle with another clan trying to take advantage of the hidden technique that comes by every Spiral Dragon Ceremony. If their rival clan takes it, then their town is doomed under their hands.
Ninja Sam doesn't talk much because Ninjas are silent... But they also like to keep their identity a secret either way.
Eventually at some point Drick will be mentored by this character, worried that Drick will get himself hurt staying there.
