Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5226 is to be held in a 3.6 x 3.6 m room, furnished with nothing but a table and a mattress. Surveillance is required inside and outside the chambers, with no less than two armed personnel outside the containment cell. No personnel are to enter SCP-5226’s containment cell unless the situation is dire, or SCP-5226 has requested food or water. 

Description: SCP-5226 is humanoid in appearance, and wears the garb of a dentist. It appears almost entirely human, aside from it’s lack of eyes. Efforts to remove facial and outer garments has resulted in the entity becoming hostile. X-Ray scans have been done on SCP-5226, and have found the contents of it’s exterior clothing to be a variety of dental tools, and many adult human teeth. SCP-5226 has hinted at the ability to consume sustenance, however will not do so while it’s face is able to be observed.

SCP-5226 is capable of speech, however only exclusively in Belarusian. It has not responded to any other language. 

Victims of SCP-5226 can be characterized by the many canine and molar teeth filling the oral cavity. When left alone with a D-Class Personnel, SCP-5226 has been observed to grow violent towards them. Within about 30 minutes, SCP-5226 will lash out and strike it’s victim unconscious, then continuing with a “dental procedure.” Said procedure consists of it removing all the victim’s teeth, and replacing them with exclusively canine and molar teeth. SCP-5226 is excessive with this procedure, and there will be teeth filling the mouth from just two rows, to all the way down the throat. It is unknown why SCP-5226 is motivated to perform this action, and it has only shown this behavior towards humans.

Additional Notes: SCP-5226 was discovered in the basement of a hotel in ███████, Belarus. Entity was found among many bodies, all with oral cavities filled with human canine and molar teeth. Upon investigation, some were found still alive and breathing, cause of death for other bodies was found to be bleeding or suffocation.

SCP-5226 taken into custody at Site-███, and placed into an empty temporary containment chamber. SCP-5226 to be moved has been moved to a new containment chamber.
