Datamine

Datamine was a science-loving Seeker before the Great War, but being  unaligned during said war posed serious consequences, and thus he was  heavily brutalized by Decepticon forces. Still alive but unable to  transform due to serious damage sustained to his wings and T-cog, he  works as a mnemosurgeon while archiving Cybertronian history in his  spare time. Datamine is rather placid in personality, having lost a lot  of his enthusiasm to severe trauma-- but he does show genuine compassion  to people where he can. His voice has a crackly quality to it, as if  it's coming out of an old radio.
