Elise Servell

One of the Regime's highly esteemed Chiefs. Elise is a flatterer described in many ways: cunning, charming, and highly coercive. They hold pride in their title and in their abilities to sway the hearts of others to their benefit.

It's not known how Elise exactly managed to become a Regime Chief, or at least how they managed to warm up to Her Majesty so easily. As far as the other Chiefs go, Elise seems to be the one who enjoys getting to know their subjects more intimately than most. Whether they actually like their subjects or simply like to gain information to use against them is a mystery, but Elise is by far the most merciful of the Chiefs, and even then that itself doesn't count for much.
