Payment

- All adoptable designs are to be paid via Paypal invoices, I do not use any other payment application at current.

- Payment must be provided within 24 hours of claiming an adoptable design, if you are expecting delays please advise before the 24 hours are up and we can discuss options. "Ghosting" will result in blacklisting.

Design Acquisition

- You MUST have a TH to own one of my designs, this is so that designs and any additional value through commissioned work can be kept accounted for.

- You are free to change a design to your liking once acquired; provided it is not a complete overhaul - as in minor marking changes/addition or alteration of hair/accessories and colour adjustments etc.**

**If you acquire an off-base design from me (original artwork) please do not edit the lineart, if you would specifically like anything changing at point of purchase please discuss with me (an alteration fee may be applicable) 

- If you alter the design you MAY NOT sell the original design as a separate entity, the original design must be kept on the original profile's gallery. You will be blacklisted if you do this.

- Co-owning a design is fine, however please only keep ONE PROFILE for the design. You and the individual you are co-owning with must decide who will manage the profile.**

** You may not co-own a design with any individuals I have blacklisted.

Re-Selling My Designs

- The design MUST BE KEPT ON TH (you will be blacklisted if you remove one of my designs from this site.)

- The value of the character design is the original amount that was paid for during design acquisition and the added monetary value of any commissioned work. Please keep track of the design value, you MAY NOT sell for higher than it's value.

- You may trade or gift my designs**

** If a design has been traded or gifted it can not then be sold on afterwards - unless additional art has been commissioned (after receiving the design via trade/gift) which would add monetary value. You may then only sell the design for the value of the commissioned work.

- Designs MUST NOT be sold on Amino.

- DO NOT resell my designs for website or game currency.

Black-List

- If you are found to violate any of my terms, you will be blacklisted.

- If you sell/gift/trade a design to someone on my blacklist, you will be blacklisted. My blacklist can be found on my global design ToS - so there is no excuse of ignorance.

@Merciful, for re-creating a design profile for a design of mine they no longer had ownership over, then using that design in a trade - essentially stealing another design, as their ownership was not legitimate. When confronted, they advised they would return the stolen design, but days after said response, they have instead retained the stolen design.
