"Cursed Fire" - he's able to fuse cursed energy with any lit fire or flames, allowing him to effectively control and manipulate the fire. He is also able to summon sentient fire entities, often appearing as wisps of fire. These entities do not always follow his commands and can be very unpredictable.

He cannot summon or create fire himself, which causes him to always carry some sort of fire starter on him at all times. His uniform is fully equipped to handle his fiery abilities and was given fireproof gloves. Although he's able to control fire, he is not immune to it and can still be badly burned, which results in his hands and arms being bandaged most of the time.

He likes to keep out one sentient fire entity which he has grown quite close to. It appears as a smaller wisp but can grow larger depending on how much fire is consumed by it. Akio has named this entity, "Torch."
