i do not enforce this particularly strongly , but for my main oc (this is a link to their profile) i will 100% all of the time enforce this and maybe block you if you do it in a particular way / ask multiple times . you dont ask somebody if you can offer for their leg. or arm . right ? because thats what it feels like . Plus Trust Me you Do not want a Design that Is Forever Linked to my Mental Breakdowns . this rule also applies to :

dreamie folders!!!! dont put my characters in dreamie folders. same analogy with the arm . "this arm is a major dreamie!! i can offer 5 dollars and a drawing of a pink dog doing the gangnam style. do you do pings when that arm of yours is up for offers?" not only will i be very uncomfortable but i will also try everything in my power to Keep You Far Far away from Me .

i have favorite folders marked with stuff like "to offer" and "have to offer" . these are not 'dreamie folders' and i try my hardest to only put characters that do not have foreverhomed / nfs / no offers / etc. tags in those folders . i have these so i can ACTUALLY offer eventually . however if you are uncomfortable with a character of yours being offered on and would prefer i take that character from the folder , i can . I have an entirely separate folder for designs i really like but cant / dont wanna offer on .

i get distracted easily . feel free to constantly remind me about art if i dont have it done yet .

btw im made very uncomfortable by the number before 4. i cannot be bothered to explain this again so if you think this is "weird" i offer you a comment i made about this exact thing .
if you end up reading this and still think its "stupid" and "unrespectable" (not dumbed down enough for you to understand since basic concepts seem to be easily lost on some people) You Are Not Obligated to Talk to Me or Acknowledge my existence in any way at all .
