Tony is not a resident of the toskal world. Rather a resident and traveler of other planets. Holding a brilliant mind and one of the most sought after for repairs and other commissions. 

He enjoys tinkering and building mechanical creatures in his spare time and does an excellent job in doing so. His main job however is repairing and maintaining airships and other space crafts. The toskal able to work on, and spot things others sometimes miss. 

A bit of a perfectionist, he enjoys and is very proud of the work he does, and would never leave a job unfinished or half assed. He puts his everything into his work, and often enjoys being a member of the ship simply to travel and see what the big universe has to offer him. 

After several years of being alone and not interacting with another of his kind, he built a toskal to be a friend and companion, the creature one of his greatest creations and starting to take on a mind of his own. Unafraid of it despite this and in fact rather proud of his accomplishments.
