Nuka is an explosive individual with a lot of energy and not many ways of constructively getting rid of it. She's rash, impulsive, a bit much to handle for some but also makes one hell of a loyal buddy. Past times include zooming a bit too close to buildings, blasting rock music and unironically liking russian gun memes.

DESIGN NOTES: Wings are functional - flies like a jet, Mouth doesn't open but can still make different toothy expressions, stickers/warnings are symmetrical

Likes 50s music but also 80s rock, being a general nuisance, and fighting for what's right (anti-war, pro-freedom and nuclear disarment)
