harvey is normally the life of the party! that is probably why he does so well at his job; a mascot for the local strudel cafe carnival! he loves preforming, making his fellow midveiler's happy, and generally having a ton of fun! you can probably find him dancing around, singing, or overall being a jolly fellow. as long as he is making someone smile, he is happy! he loves taking pictures with guests and the bustle that carnival life brings. balloons are his favorite!

on off season harv resides in the rural side of strudel cafe with dahlia. he can really pull his weight if need be! as long as he gets seeds and crumbs he is one happy bird! he loves the bustle of the carnival but he also has a healthy appreciation for the countryside. he really needs that sort of balance in his life. 

harvey use to be a professional racer, however he is now since retired. he enjoys the slower-paced lifestyle he is living now (even though he is almost always on the move anyways!)
