Calico

calico is a troublesome little street performer in (insert big palleth city here). They once belonged to a troupe, but caused a few too many issues and was soon replaced.they resent the troupe for this, and have vowed revenge, specifically on their replacement...
when the troupe crosses through the city for work, it's become a given for calico to show up and try to hinder them in cartoonishly villainous ways.
the rest of calicos time is spent pickpocketing foolish cityfolk, feeding stray palleth cats, and hanging out at local dumps (with said cats).
