Hello there! Thank you so kindly for stopping by and for taking the time to read my Terms Of Service and my rules about owning my character designs. Please Be kind and share positivity since I put hard work, effort and love into each of my artworks and all of my character designs

-I deeply apologise if this is long, but these are my rules and I want them respected please, that’s all I ask-

IT IS NOT MY FAULT IF YOU BREAK ANY RULE HERE. IF YOU DO THATS ON YOU AND I HAVE THE RIGHT TO BLOCK/BLACKLIST/BAN YOU FROM OWNING MY DESIGNS DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU HAVE DONE

 YOU SHOULD ALWAYS READ SOMEONES CHARACTER DESIGN TOS BEFORE BUYING, SELLING OR TRADING A CHARACTER THEY HAVE CREATED

DO NOT SELL OR TRADE MY DESIGNS TO PEOPLE WHO DO NOT HAVE A TOYHOUSE ACCOUNT

By buying/trading for one of my character designs, You agree to Everything on my Terms Of Service and will follow and respect these rules

I‘m pretty chill with rules when it comes to owning my designs. But If you ever are confused on something, then feel free to reach out to me and I’ll be happy to answer whatever questions you may have

Please be kind, considerate and show respect. Do not belittle my artstyle or my art and do not say negative things about the artworks and characters that I create. If you don’t like a character then simply just don’t get them, and certainly don’t comment negative things If you don’t have anything nice to say 

You are responsible for your own purchases and I DONT DO REFUNDS. Once you buy a character from me then you can resell them yourself. But do not come back asking For me to give your money back just becuase you “changed your mind” or “don’t connect with the character anymore ect” this is unfair on me and I have stated before, you should only purchase from me if you are serious. Simply Don’t buy a character if you are not willing to connect with them ect. only buy from me if you are serious, I don’t do refunds due to a change of mind ect. I use the money from Character adopt Sales to pay my bills and pay for food Ect. Money from adopts is my main sources of income. I have to afford my own food and it’s not easy or cheap so please understand this. If you don’t connect  with a character after you have bought them, you are free to sell them yourself 

Always give credit to me as a characters original creator and designer at all times and when uploading art of the character. Please provide working and proper links to my social media on Instagram (Koebalt0) or to my toyhouse. Do not claim you designed or created characters I have made. You are allowed to make changes with characters and redesign them ect. But always give credit to me as the original creator and designer. Do NOT make closed species of the character designs that I create and do not turn them into closed species please. Do not redesign my characters and then claim that you created them. Always give me credit as the original creator of the character

Once a character is yours you may pick any backstory, lore and personality for them (as long as it’s NOT illegal, discrimatory, supportive of awful things or just plain up disgusting and goes against my boundaries) then go free and enjoy them to your hearts content. Once they are yours you may change their design, hair, markings, species and whatever you like to make them more special to you. You may draw them in your own artstyle and feel free to change them up to fit your style better

If you need to make a character private due to anti-theft reasons or for your own peace of mind then feel free to. But please let me know first before you do so and make sure to Authorise or give me an acsess key to that character so I can keep up to date with them. I like to check up on my past designs to make sure they are being looked after and in good hands

DO NOT use my art and character designs for NFTS or cryptoart at all. Please do not remove my watermarks on my art pieces and character Designs. Do not draw over the top of my art, but if you need to do so please make a seperate version of the artwork if you decide to. You  may only edit, crop and draw over my art if you keep the original unedited artwork somewhere in the characters gallery or in a seperate tab

Please do not own any of my 18+ characters or give any of my 18+ characters to those under 18!!! Only give my 18+ characters to those above 18 please! if you fail to follow this rule you will be blacklisted and banned from ever owning my art or designs. Giving minors adult content is ILLEGAL So please just make sure whoever you are selling or trading to is over 18 before you give the 18+ character to them

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DRAW FERAL OR UNDERAGE NSFW ART OF MY CHARACTER DESIGNS EVEN IF YOU HIDE THE ARTWORKS! THAT STUFF IS GROSS, DISGUSTING AND AN ABSOLUTE ABOMINATION. I DONT WANT PEOPLE WHO DRAW AND SUPPORT THAT STUFF OWNING MY CHARACTER DESIGNS. IF I FIND OUT THAT YOU HAVE BEEN DRAWING OR COMMISSIONING ART THAT CONTAINS THIS AWFUL CONTENT, I WILL BAN AND BLACKLIST YOU FROM OBTAINING MY DESIGNS IN THE FUTURE

ANY CHARACTERS ARTWORKS/GALLERY THAT I FLAG WITH A NUDITY/MATURITY BLOCK WARNING WILL NOT BE VISABLE TO MINORS, WHICH MEANS ONLY THOSE ABOVE THE AGE OF 18 CAN SEE THOSE TYPES OF ARTWORKS AND CHARACTERS. IF A CHARACETR HAS A MATURITY BLOCK WHEN I TRANSFER THEM TO YOU, PLEASE KEEP THE MATURITY BLOCK ON THAT CHARACTER ONCE THEY ARE IN YOUR POSSESION. KEEP MY 18+ CHARACTER DESIGNS BEHIND A MATURITY BLOCK 

PLEASE DO NOT CO-OWN MY CHARACTER DESIGNS. This rule has been applied so that character ownership issues do not occur and so character theft and fraud doesn’t happen. Only one person at a time can own my character Designs.

please don't delete any of my artworks or characters without letting me know first or giving me a legitimate reason as to why please, since I put hard effort into my artworks and characters and just having them simply deleted is unfair since my hard effort and time goes to waste. I understand that once you own a character you may do what you want, but please at least make a seperate tab for “unused art” instead of deleting them, this applies for artworks with alternate Color palettes aswell. Or you can just let me know if you want them deleted. Just put the artworks in a seperate tab Please

If you lose a character’s original reference artwork then that is not my fault. Becuase I do not keep the original adopt artwork for long, my iPad storage gets clogged up and I keep the artworks of the character adopt for a month and then they get deleted. I apologise if this is unfair on you but please make sure not to delete a character‘s artwork that I have created. It is not my fault if you lose that artwork 

please do not sell Or trade ANY of my characters on sites such as furaffinity Or amino, this is so proper ownership and proof can be shown and so theft and fraud doesn’t happen. you may only sell my character designs to people who have a toyhouse, if they do not have one simply do not sell to them thank you, I like to keep track of characters I have designed and created so ownership issue and theft doesn’t occur. And do not delete a character off of toyhouse and then Proceed to sell them offsite, since I am unable to provide whoever you are selling the character to proper ownership certification. It is much much easier if you just sell the character to someone who has a toyhouse account so I can provide them proof of proper ownership. If you have received one of my character designs through furraffinity or amino or on any other site it is most probably a stolen design. So please be very careful when being traded or sold my designs offsite, make sure to ask how the person has obtained my designs first and also ask for legitimate proof. I do not sell adopts anywhere except for my Instagram and toyhouse 

What To Do If I Have Blocked You: I have the right to feel safe and respected online. If I have blocked you I had a reason to. I ask That you accept the fact that I have blocked you for whatever reason I have and please do not contact me again. please respect my wishes. If I block you it’s for a very valid reason and for my protection becuase you broke a rule on my Terms Of Service or have supported or done things that I dislike, have drawn triggering art or have made a character that makes me uncomfortable or invaded my boundaries and made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable around you. Block evasion, stalking or getting a friend or someone else to harass me for you, will result in you and that person both being added to my public blacklist. If I have IP blocked you please do NOT try and contact me using a different account or method or indirectly, because you shouldn’t try and contact or block evade someone who has blocked you, that’s a bannable offence here on toyhouse. So please just accept your blocking as I have stated above and just move on. I don’t tolerate Cyber bullying of any kind so if you have been blocked, please just move on thank you. I never make bewares about people or talk behind their backs or talk sh*t about them so please do not worry, I am not that kind of person, I just block those who violate my TOS and that’s it. If you break a rule on my TOS that’s on you and not on me. If You break a rule on there I have all the right to block you. If I have blocked you then that’s it, its no biggie and no worries. Getting blocked happens and I never make bewares about people or start getting my followers to mass unfollow you or hurt you, that’s just plain up evil and cruel and not something I could or would ever do. So you can be rest assured that your name will not be hated upon. Just kindly accept your blocking and move on. Getting blocked on the internet is not worth starting drama and stress over. Thank you so kindly for understanding, just move on please and get on with your life as per usual and I can get on with mine. That’s all I ask, please spread kindness and positivity in the furry fandom, not hate, spite and drama

If you for whatever reason get blocked or blacklisted and already own character designs made by me, you don’t have to immediately sell or get rid of them or give them away to someone else if you don’t wish to. This just means that you are banned from further obtaining any more of my character creations in the future. You are banned from seeking out any more of my character designs once you have been blocked/blacklisted. I am NOT the type of person to revoke character deisgns, because once they leave my possession, they are no longer mine and are your property now. All I ask is that my characters get respected and that my Name is not hated upon and that you don’t spread drama and misinformation/assumptions about me please
