Personality
Dakota isn't a pleasant person in the slightest. They are extremely straightforward and rarely bother with formalities, only displaying some level of politeness when addressing the boss or Gaol, their positions of power being one of the few things Dakota isn't willing to question. Their loyalties lie purely in the gang, and anyone who questions the gang or the boss get's blacklisted immediately. Dakota is in no way a good or a balanced person. With alarming sadistic tendencies and little remorse, they should be considered a dangerous individual.

Despite all this, Dakota isn't a simple emotionless killer, but a person who prefers to hide their feelings. They also justify their actions with the trauma in their past, thinking what they've experienced allows them to inflict pain upon others. They are still capable of forming somewhat normal human relationships, but usually stay away from anything more intimate than acquaintances. Due to their trauma, they fear that relationships any closer than that would only become weaknesses. Dakota enjoys the company of confident people who do not exhibit fear of the disciplinarian, and they are often seen spending time with Anaïs or Aske. Eufra, on the other hand, has become a fairly close friend, partially because Dakota feels like Eufra understands them, especially considering the thrill of taking someone's life.

History
Dakota was born as an only child to native parents, and lived in poverty for their entire childhood. The family also experienced discrimination, leaving Dakota as quite and underdog in the community they lived in. Despite their poor origins, Dakota did their best to stay out of trouble's way. Still, involvment with gang activity ended up unavoidable after Dakota's boyfriend joined a small rival gang. Their boyfriend messed up a fairly big job and got tortured to death by the gang, his body left for 14 year old Dakota to find. Dakota carried the body to the shore, washed and buried it, and vowed to get revenge. Ending a life of struggling against a criminal lifestyle, Dakota joined the strongest seeming gang in the city, in hopes that they could help crush the small gang. In a few years the small gang had been stomped out, and Dakota had caught the eye of Lucas. Instead of qutting the criminal life, Dakota got promoted to disciplinarian.
