Akasuki originally wanted to become a rockstar, but once that was getting her nowhere, she went to college to get a degree in forensic pathology. She needs to be alone when she's operating, as she feels the body must be respected and at peace when in examination. Working with detectives was a dream of hers as a kid, and now that it's coming into fruitation, she never expected to be a detective alongside Kenai Kioshi.

She's a firm Wiccan and believes in the unknown and witchcraft. You wouldn't see her without some sort of healing stone or crystal. She loves motorcycle rides with her girlfriend and if she was in another life she'd be a hair stylist with how much she loves messing with Otobai's hair.
