Picco is a stoic and reserved person, always analyzing people. He is mostly quiet and prefers to speak when necessary. He has been seen talking to people close to him and joking around, even showing.. a very naughty side we keep PG 13 for reasons. Picco can switch in personality pretty easily but due to him being quiet most of the time it is hard to know which mood he is in. It's been speculated that he is quite moody and can get severe mood swings for unknown reasons that's provoked through a few actions towards him, and the reasons are unknown.
