Is the eel physically connected to them or does it kinda just wrap around them?

And are they a water dwelling creature?

Nah he just likes to wrap around him,

and I’ve been thinking about that, not entirely sure atm, I was thinking about them needing to be in/near water so they don’t dry out, and their hair gets whiter the longer they are away from water (and they get more lethargic and weak) (maybe he can go ~3 days with out being in water)

i think he just goes where ever and can live in the water or on land? Still trying to figure out if I want him to be in or have a specific story too :D
