⠀ Interstellar holds a higher position compared to the others and is often seen as intimidating because of it.
It is not completely without reason though, as Interstellar is rather guarded and might come off as cold due to sometimes not showing too much emotion.
It would be incorrect to say that he doesn't care though about the others and how they're doing though, he is just more hesitant to be more open with them.
Interstellar's biggest displays of emotion seem to around Overtime and other older members of their organization.
Overtime would describe him as 'goofy'.
