Holly was rescued by an elf on the night of Christmas eve. The family that owned her mother, put her outside as punishment for chewing shoes and furniture (typical puppy things). Seeing her out in the cold snow, the elves rescued her and convinced Santa to bring her back to the workshop. Thanks to a blessing from Stormella, Holly was gifted her immortality so she could stay living amongst the other magical reindeer and creatures. As a person, she is very cheerful and optimistic. She lives in the workshop and helps in the toy factory while sometimes pulling sleighs on the side. One of her close friends is Juniper.
