Anthro bat who thinks she's a vampire queen in a world where vampires do not exist (but anthro bats do??? what???)
Her cape is actually her hair and her dress is actually her fur and both grow very quickly. She never cuts them because she believes they add to her regal appearance, and so she may often be seen with an even bigger dress and longer cape than she is depicted with here.
