Personality: Baba is bubbly, adventurous, curious and extremely friendly. He is always happy to make new friends, ask questions and learn about nature. He is snuggly and clingy, there really is nothing he loves more than a big hug. He learns quickly and loves expressing himself and teaching his friends everything he learns. He is a wonderful listener as well, even for being partially deaf. He is loyal and very caring.
Backstory: Baba was born in a little house where he was raised and loved endlessly. He had always been given the opportunity to learn and explore without much help unless he asked. He learned to talk, crawl and walk at a very young age as he always just had that desire to explore the world and meet others. He has a very supportive family and his love for nature was something he seemed to have been born with.
Present: Still living in the same small house, Baba explores the woods in his back yard on a near daily basis. He carries around a little bag full of books about plants, bugs and wildlife and has lots of little notepads and stickers to help him learn about his discoveries. He searches for flowers, mushrooms, animals, bugs and rocks pretty much all day long. He always has something new to share and talk about every time he explores his back yard and knows how to love and respect nature. He wishes to one day be an expert explorer and find something truly on his own that no one else has yet discovered. Baba spends a lot of time with his best friends as well and learns even more about nature with their fun interests as well!
Relationships:
- Kepler: Kepler is Baba’s closest friend, the first friend he even made! They get along well over space and nature. Frequent sleepovers and playdates, they love reading books together and playing fun made up games.
- Honeybee: Baba met Honeybee the day he moved into the neighborhood, Baba and Kepler immediately found interest in him as he is not only a cat, but a bee and an alien as well! Just a truly fascinating friend to have and extremely social, he helps Baba with his confidence.
- Marble: Marble may not be the nicest, but Baba still sees him as a wonderful friend anyway! He struggles with sharing, but Baba does not have any trouble trying to teach him what is right.
- Blueberry: One of Baba’s most recent friends and his only puppy friend! They get along very well over snacks and making desserts together. Kepler also gets along with Blueberry because he loves the starry marking on his face, so they get along well over space too!
Trivia:
- Unfortunately for Baba, he has allergies. But that does not stop him from exploring nature one bit.
- Absolutely loves all holidays and dressing up for them.
- He is happy to wear anything! As long as it is age appropriate, he will wear t-shirts, overalls, dresses, pajamas and costumes!
- His special interests besides nature are Hollow Knight, Mario and Octopuses (so basically my interests). You can absolutely draw anything with themes of those things!
- Baba met Kepler while on a small camping trip hosted by his preschool.
- He is partially deaf due to his folded ears.
- He can be drawn anthro or feral!
