Toby Moore

This is Toby! She's in the gang with Hiro and is the brains of their operation. She has finished school but had ended up on the streets due to her unaccepting family. She now helps lead a drug ring with Hiro to take care of and pay for the rest of their gang. It tends to get violent but she knows what she is doing.
