He's a religious cult leader. His motivations aren't exactly evil or intentionally harmful, however his life is his religion and he will do what his gods ask of him. He's pretty closed off and reserved and spends a lot of his time worshipping under the moon. His cult is pretty closed off and he will only let people join if he trusts them completely.
