In Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Vulpecula and Conor act more as the stereotypical schoolyard bullies to the Turtles in this show. They like to mess around and sabotage the Turtles' plans for laughs, and always swear "they'll get them next time!". It's become a rivalry of sorts between the Turtles and the Fox Twins.
Vulpecula and Conor do not affiliate themselves with the Foot Clan, acting more as anti-heroes for fun rather than villains. Despite their rivalry, the twins do know when to put aside their differences for the greater good, helping the Turtles if needed be for the sake of the world.
Compared to previous iterations, Vulpecula is quite different in Rise. She is much more laid back compared to her usual stone-cold serious self, and much like Conor, she is eager to explore the city and cause mischief to the Turtles whenever able. She often tries to get under the Turtles' skin by cracking jokes and making snarky remarks, much akin to Raphael in 2003 and 2012, and can be very dry and cynical with her humor, much like Donnie. However, she still knows her limits unlike her brother, and knows when to call it quits if their plans clearly aren't working.
