Gai Mei is a Pekingese Sushidog who's food is based off of a hong kong dessert "mango pudding" or "芒果布甸". While Mango Pudding is very popular in places like Hong Kong, Singapore and any dim sum resturant, its place or origin is found in India. Unlike it's inspiration of creation, Gai mei gets it's name from a popular bun known as 雞尾包 (Gai mei Bao) which is a sweet coconut bun created in Hong Kong, but can be found in almost any local Chinatown.
