krystal's Ownership

I'm kinda tired of this whole TOS stuff, so I'll try to keep it simple and to the point;

• You own the OC therefore feel free to do whatever you want with it name, bio, or design-wise as long as it doesn't have hateful/problematic theming.
• Redesigns/tweaks are a-okay, just don't overly redesign it to the point where it's unrecognizable compared to the original design.
• Trading/gifting designs is allowed, you're allowed to resell them if you bought them from someone prior or if new art (personal or commissioned) has been added to their gallery while you owned them. If you commission/add art to a prior bought character, worth increases accordingly.
• Freebies can only be gifted, but they can be traded if new art has been added.
• I try to update the individual worths/permissions on the designs' tradeabilities from time to time following the publically visible ownership logs (keyword try), so keep those in mind in case someone tries to make a profit and/or scam you. If there has been a change in worth or I've forgotten to update something, feel free to PM me for a permission change, preferably with proof as well.
• For commercial use/rights of the design (like merch, promotion and other stuff like that), I'd prefer to be asked about it beforehand so I can write it down as a note on the design's perms for both of our sakes. I'm not really experienced on this front, so all I ask is to be credited for the design, and if the art is used, then that should be properly credited as well. It only goes for the current owner, if the character changes ownership, commercial usage needs to be asked by the new owner again if desired!
