Not known to the public but Simon is the result of this supposed provokition as he was a former pilot that had died in a plane crash, currently possessing a dead researcher's body after a ritual was performed. No longer under RCPP's watch after the center was myserious abandoned overnight, Simon is focused on tyring to adjust to this new life and try to control the side effects.
