Cittayu
Cittayu is a cross between a quetzalcoatl and an eastern dragon. He's very polite, however awkward, and often found reading a book, or tending to one of his many hobbies: such as gardening or researching a variety of sciences and philosophies. They love their job, which involve archaeological work and maintaining a museum, and enjoy talking with and spending time with their friends, Arkyn and Tiramisu .

Design Notes
- He can be drawn masculine or adrogynous, his design is very flexible.
- His markings should somewhat resemble the reference, however, feel free to randomize the spots.
- His hair tassels are optional, however are preferred. They can be drawn braided.
- He can be drawn in any sort of gothic or ouji clothing.
Background
Cittayu comes from a relatively lax family, his father being a Quetzalcoatl and his mother an Eastern Dragon. He lives on his own now, but his parents oftentime visit him, if only to say hello during their very busy lives. He currently works at a museum, where he spends a lot of his time restoring or studying old fossils and other sacred items lost to time. He sometimes gives tours to the visitors.
He lives by himself in a rather small cottage filled to the brim with plants and displays, but he finds serenity in his chaos. He loves old literature and is often found reading it, to his friend Arkyn's dismay.
He is a very understanding and caring person.
