This is Dove, a wish granter! Unfortunately, she's not good at magic yet, so she can only grant one wish a day.

That's why she's on a quest to get more powerful to grant even more wishes by practicing... and granting wishes. It came with an unintended side effect of bonding that person's soul with hers though. As in any wish in exchange for your soul.
