[THR] Kesler

• His left eye is made of crystal and used for divination.
• He was given fire-resistance enchantment tattoos after severely burning himself.
• There's a running joke around the college that his poor control is down to a hex.
• His natural hair colour is ash-brown.
• Most people assume he doesn't like magic, but he just hates studying it.

Kesler is the stereotypical pyro-conjuror: impulsive, passionate and ruled by his emotions. His abilities manifested explosively at a young age, as a great surprise to his non-magic parents. He was turned over to Bright Sparks Boarding School, specialising in teaching young natural mages to control their magic. Despite developing no interest in studying magic, his consistent inability to control himself meant he was bound by law to be kept to educational facilities, and he was eventually accepted to the North Cliffs Collaborative Mages' College.

At the North Cliff Collaborative, Kesler is no more dedicated to his studies; he continues to disrupt and ditch class, sneak out of the dorms and avoid completing assignments. However, for the first time he has managed to make close friends, and their influence has pushed him into trying (even if only a little) to apply himself. At the end of the first year he was put forward as a candidate for a pyromancy apprenticeship, as long as he can make some progress in his second year. So far, there have not been any major pyrotechnic disasters...
