While Evelynn was well known for her incredible dodgeball skills, she was also known for her cold demeanor towards others she did not know well. Many would judge her from her short appearance and find it strange she would be captain of dodgeball teams until she proved people wrong with a ball going straight for their gut. When she finds herself being more comfortable around people, she relaxes and reveals a softer older sibling like side that's more true to her real self.

Evelynn mainly stayed with and was heavily raised by her grandparents because her single mother struggled to handle taking care of a child while working to make ends meet. Because of them, she was introduced to Michiru and they became friends.
The two were introduced to each other by their grandparents at a young age and became close friends quickly, as they both shared the struggle of making friends due to their quirks. They love going on platonic dates together and talking about their pets.
Evelynn and Amy became friends through Michiru who had met Amy through their shared love for theatre. Evelynn was surprised to find out Amy was good at sports as well and will play dodgeball with her competitively.
