- Misuse of my artwork concerns: copyright infringement such as tracing, recoloring, editing and removing my signature, repost by third parties without proper credits, use in AI/NFT and commercial reproduction (except when negotiated for this purpose).
- Do not edit my designs without previous communication.
- Do not put value in gift/trade/freebie art and adopts made by me.
- Using my art inappropriately and breaking any of these terms will get you on my blacklist and any legal procedures may be communicated.
Blacklist
- Purim - Known scammer, owed me art for 2+ years.
- Liliena/Ceci Medeiros/NebulaGarden - Multiple fake accounts, exploiting Eilin (Closed Species) free prizes, aggressive behavior towards the Eilins admin, multiple infringements to the Eilins rules. Full beware here.
- ShizuwuDamien - Plagiarism, innapropriate use of the Eilins base outside the group.
