Netherworld therapist, but not a very good one. Still, he's all the ghost have, and he begrudgingly does his job. Kinda frantic, EASILY disgusted and annoyed by all the dumb shenanigans that go on around there. 

(I haven't used/thought about him since Oct. 2020,.,.,but maybe one day I'll pick him up again,,)
