Highschool student who helps out her father on the weekends at his mechanics shop. She loves helping others and wants to be a nurse or doctor when she grows up, especially after all the surgeries she's had to have because her horns got too big and were hurting her neck. She loves playing sports and seeing her friends when she isn't helping her dad or at school.
Design
- Very dark brown hair, looks black in almost all lights except direct sunlight.
- Hair is brushed back with no part. Has a widows peak.
- White fur with black spots, both hands are solid white.
- Thin eyebrows.
- Fur on the tip of her tail is thicker than others'.
- Green eyes, pupil can be white or black depending on art.
- Very large horns. Horns and hooves are dark grey.
- Loves wearing long sleeved shirts and jumpsuits.

- Missed a lot of school due to surgery on her horns. Was held back a year.

Events of Voltcurrent take place this year.
Friend from school who she and Darcy sit with at lunch sometimes. Has a small crush on him but is too shy to say anything about it because she feels embarrassed for being held back a year and appearing even younger to him. Good influence on her because he takes his studies seriously.
Classmate and friend she sits with at lunch and meets up with after school. He isn't the best influence on Chloe at the moment but its very obvious to teachers and Chloe's dad that it is just because Darcy is young, and will grow out of it eventually. They often have to be seperated in class.
Cassie works with Chloe's dad on her cars. Cassie acts as an older sister to her and will make sure to always praise her a lot when she's working on even the smallest of things for her. Will also make sure she can meet up with her friends if she ever needs a chaperone.
