MY TOS (MUST READ)
Full Terms of Service

• If you own any of my designs, you agree to abide my ToS; I’m not responsible for those who are too ignorant to read it. Rule-breakers will be held responsible.
• Do not apply your own rules/ToS to my designs (i.e tradebacks).
• Do not sell any designs for more than you bought unless there has been purchased art for the design. Commissioned art adds to the monetary value of the design.
• If a design was bought via any form of a trade/gift, they have no monetary value. Art trades, free art/requests, and art games do not add monetary value to the character.
• Do not resell until art is added, if the design was traded/gifted.
• Artwork created by the commissioner can go towards the monetary value of the character, as long as it is within reason. Your time is worth your money and your work.
• I require credit for the design for any usage. My works may be used as but not limited to icons, banners, website images, personal merchandise (i.e custom stickers, fursuits, pins), ect, as long as it is not for profit use with proper credit.
• If commissioner wishes to have commercial usage rights to the design, commissioner is required to discuss with me before the purchase of a design to establish a commercial usage fee depending on the intended usage.
• You are allowed to make personal merchandise of my designs (that you own) as long as you don't claim the as your own design (i.e pins, plushies, fursuits, etc). I only ask for a commercial usage payment if you are directly using my artwork for profit.
• If you are found to be reposting or using my work without credit and permission, I will refuse to sell to you in the future. You will be blacklisted and blocked.
• All adoptable payments must be paid upfront within 48 hours; unless otherwise stated.
• I only allow holds of up to two weeks on adoptables; unless otherwise discussed between the commissioner and myself.
• No refunds for adoptables once they have been purchased. All sales are final, no exceptions.
• I have the right to resell a design you have rejected, not paid for and/or charged back on.
• You may make small changes to the design; but not to the point where it is unrecognizable and/or not my design anymore. Redesigns are fine unless it becomes unrecognizable from the original and I am no longer given credit.
• If you back out of purchases/ghost payment multiple times you will be placed on my blacklist unless you state a valid reason as to why you have to.
• I will revoke designs as needed due to chargebacks.
• You may not resell or repost my designs off-site, all designs should remain on Toyhouse.
• Do not delete my art/designs from Toyhouse. If you wish to do so, please inform me beforehand. If the design is given to someone without a toyhouse, just state the new owner’s name on the profile and keep it public. I can provide Toyhouse codes to the new owner for free if asked.

• If you are blocked by me, do not interact with me or attempt to block evade with alts. You are considered to be blacklisted.
• Blacklisted individuals may not commission/buy from me in any way, including via third parties.
• I reserve the right to refuse any business with individuals who are blocked and/or blacklisted by me.
• If you are blocked on Discord, then you are permanently blacklisted and will not be removed.
• You may still obtain designs made by me or designs that have art by me in their gallery through trades or resales, so as long as it is not a direct purchase through me. I will not sell to blacklisted and/or blocked individuals. Designs that are resold to blacklisted individuals are out of my control, so as long as the reseller abides to my ToS.
• I reserve the right to blacklist and/or block any individual should they be caught violating any rule within my ToS.
• An unblocked individual who may be blacklisted can request reasoning as to the blacklist, and may appeal directly to me to remove it; unless otherwise stated on the blacklist. Blocked blacklisted individuals may appeal through my Discord; unless you are blocked on my Discord as well. Permanent blacklists cannot be removed.
