Reasoning: Looping ram horns swapped out with cables vaguely in the same shape save for the knotted plethora behind them. Rather than a spaded tip on the whip tail she carries a frayed cable with exposed electrical wiring. The only spots of her body that harbor dangerous electricity for use in battle are the parts of her anatomy with exposed cable threading. Her legs are grounded by heavy aluminum braces. Tail is prehensile with a fashionable knot at the base but mane and back-cables are not.
