Design Terms of Use

♥ If receiving design via trade, you are not allowed to resell the character UNLESS you've bought new art for that character.
♥ I DO NOT allow vouchering of my designs if the said design has been received as a gift. In case of receiving via trade please ask first.
♥ Please notify me in case of owner change!
♥ Not allowed to delete profile from TH nor to change credits! Making character private is allowed though.
♥ If you have received character as a gift/freebie, you are NOT allowed to sell or trade the character and are only allowed to gift it again!
♥ None of my designs are for commercial use unless we have personally discussed this!
♥ You are only allowed to sell character for the price you've spent on it. Art or stories made by you do NOT count for price increase. Only things that you have spent actual money on!
♥ By purchasing or trading a design by me, you agree to these terms!
♥ If I catch you breaking my ToS you will be blacklisted and banned from owning my designs in the future.
♥YOU MUST NOTIFY NEW OWNER OF THIS TOS in case of transferring to a new account.
