Please read everything! If I find out you're breaking my tos, you'll be warned or (most likely) immediately blacklisted. I blacklist without warning!

Blacklist. Do not send my designs to anyone here, or you'll be added.

1. Please please PLEASE tell me if you intend on selling or trading a design of mine! I may want to get them back (especially grimmsnarls and alcremies I've sold)

2. Do not sell adopts you bought for one currency for another, unless there's added value in that other currency! (ie. buying something for amino coins then selling for usd, and vice versa)

3. Drawing nsfw of designs is okay! Unless they're feral and/or child-like (including Pokemon and open species I didn't make). However, I heavily dislike certain fetishes and do not want to be associated with them.

4. Do NOT draw hateful or generally disgusting art (ie. proshipping, anti-lgbt+, etc.) with my designs. I do not and will not associate with you or your sick ideals.

5. Do not sell a freebie for anything unless value is added. However, you can trade/gift them with my permission. (picrews, gacha, etc. do not count as added value)

6. Do not claim the art as yours! If you use a base of mine, please credit me for it. Same for posting my art on other platforms!

7. Please don't delete my designs off toyhouse! I need this site to keep track of them all.

8. Please ask before redesigning, and make sure they're still at least somewhat true to the original! Adding clothes/accessories or small scars is fine without asking.

9. Please don't offer tons of art if you know you might get burned out! The limit for art you can offer is 5 pieces. Limit for customs is 3.

10. If a design has been pending for over a month, I have the right to keep the design or trade them! I will try to pay you back the amount you might've spent upfront, but I cannot pay back art. I will remind you of this beforehand, but if I get no response within 2 weeks, I will keep the design.

11. Do not, and I mean do NOT send my designs to a shelter or donation whatever account. If you no longer want a design of mine, send them directly back to me. If you're a shelter account with my design, I have every right to ask for them back regardless of what's required to get them.
