Chel is cool as a cucumber. Sisterly and nosy, Chel claims to “not want to stick her nose in bad business” but is still the first to harass her friends about their juicy gossip, and give unsolicited advice in return. She has eclectic taste in decor and art, Chelsea spends her access cash on the constantly-’updating’ smoke lounge. Guests often are forced to look at rather disturbing surreal pieces while trying to enjoy their high. Confident, a little vain, but grounded in realism. She has a deep belief in caring for and participating in your community. Perhaps a little loose with her wallet… but she figures it’s not really ‘her’ money to hang on to anyway; everything she has is ‘thanks to someone else’ as she puts it.

History

Chelsea was an average alpaca in a world of mages. Spending her whole life in Faline meant she was exposed to the grandeur of the city from the start: a strong dichotomy to her poor upbringing. Her younger years were spent in relative squalor, coming from a low income family. When she was old enough to count change and follow directions, Chelsea worked hard for whatever scraps of money she could, keeping anything she earned a secret from her parents and siblings and squirreling it away (or spending it for her enjoyment alone). Through her many odd jobs, she learned a few things from a few people. Through one such mentor, Chelsea learned a thing or two about hydroponics. Eventually, Chelsea used a rash marriage to escape poverty, which ended prematurely with the death of her husband. Using the money left to her, Chelsea finally was capable of putting her passions into a project, and opened her smoke shop, where she both hosts a lounge for patrons as well as supplies product for on-the-go purchases. Her product is so good, Kalahari has questioned if maybe Chelsea IS in fact magic, or at least has a magical green thumb.

But maybe Chel-Chel is just that good.
