As of 4/30/2023, all adopts purchased from the user BL33DTEETH fall under these rules. 

By offering on or accepting a design by this user you acknowledge and accept these rules.

Failure to uphold these rules may result in a blacklist, block, and possibly a report depending on the severity of the rule broken.

DISCLAIMER: When it comes to the selling of designs used in my stories, I do NOT sell the story with the design. The design will likely be replaced by another, therefore using the same name or character elements are at your own risk and is disadvised.

Sales

All sales are final, I will not give refunds for any reason.

I will do currency holds for up to 72 hours. If you ask to purchase with USD and do not specify a hold, you have 48 hours to respond before I assume you’ve lost interest.

Backing out or ghosting after winning a bid or asking to buy will result in a temporary blacklist or a permanent blacklist if repeated.

If you chargeback a purchase, you will be immediately blacklisted and reported and the design will be resold. 

Resales

 All designs with extra art can be resold for the amount you see fit.

Designs can be sold after 1 month with no extra art, however it can not be sold for more than purchased. 

Price gouging designs is strictly prohibited, and I will not sell to somebody once they've done this to one of my designs.

Freebie Resales/Trades

Same rules apply as with normal resales and trades, however, you are never at ANY point allowed to sell the design without art.

Freebies without art cannot be traded on their own, however can be included with the trade of other characters.

Trades

Same as with resales.

I genuinely don’t care if you trade it for a higher valued design, that’s between you and who you trade with.

Resales/Trades by me

Please look into the original makers TOS and follow it.

If a design is redesigned by me and resold, please follow the original TOS unless the redesign is prevalent enough to be considered a separate design.

Value

You are allowed to count gifted art in the value of the character as long as the artist consents to this as well.

If you have received a freebie from me in the past and wish to know its value, dm me and I will let you know. Generally they aren’t worth over $5 but there are exceptions.

I do not generally consider trading high value designs for one of mine to mean they match in value. 

Relative/sibling designs

You are allowed to make twin designs or relative designs that look similar to one I’ve given you.

All similar designs must be owned or co-owned by you and must never be separated from the design. This means that if you sell one of the designs, you must sell them together. 

Breedables are permitted as long as the child design does not bear enough resemblance to the original to be conflated with one another. If they are too similar, follow the above rules.

Co-owning

Never ask me to co-own an adopt or co-own a character traded for an adopt. I will only co-own with close personal friends and honestly have no interest in co-owning at all.

If you and another user get into a dispute with co-owning one of my designs, please leave me out of it unless absolutely necessary.

I will not approve the uploading of a character twice. The character should be uploaded to the account of whoever purchased it or whoever has a ToyHouse at the time.

I don't do trade backs. Once you make a trade with me, that is final.

Redesigns

Out of courtesy.. Please don't buy my designs and immediately overhaul them. I want my designs to be enjoyed! And I probably won't sell to you again if you do this.

You are allowed to give designs minor-medium sized changes after adopting (removing a couple markings, changing some colors or adding an alt pallet, changing the hair, changing the species, etc) 

If an overhaul is done and makes the design barely recognizable, please make a new character page of your design and keep mine separate. I don't want to be credited for a design I didn't make!

You are allowed to sell my design if it becomes so different from the new one that it can’t be recognized as the original. 

Misc Rules

You’re free to use my designs in whatever kind of story you see fit, however if you use them to actively promote and support degenerate behavior you’ll be blocked and blacklisted.

I am over 18, you’re welcome to use my designs for nsfw (again, aside from degeneracy).

You’re allowed to use my designs for commercial purposes, HOWEVER, you are not permitted to use my art of them for commercial uses. If you wish to use my art, please contact me and we can discuss a fee.
