Vivian Babinoaux [alias Rose Blanche] is a 26 year old sniper for Pheonix Inc. Her nearly white, slightly wavy hair is often tied in a ponytail during missions. Her cyber eyes replaced her natural ones, allowing her to detect heat through walls. Initially driven by a desire to match her twin brother Mikael's skills, Vivian joined Phoenix Inc. All of this led to an addiction to body modifications, resulting in insomnia and changes in her appearance - pale skin.
