Bill Cobra is a rock music star. He has blue hair, stylized in a mullet with a raccoon stripe on his right side. His eyes are greyish-blue. Bill's main feature are lots of piercings! He has streched ears, a septum, snake bites, cheek piercings, a bridge piercing and symmetrical eyebrows piercings. Also some spikes on his left ear and a helix. He wears a spike collar very often, paired with a bullet necklace he bought at his first concert. He also has a cobra tattoo on his right arm and a note tattoo on his neck. He often wears a white tank top with ripped jeans and his black boots + his fav skull belt. In the cold, he sometimes adds a jacket on top. Bill is a very social guy. He's always smiling and ready to help friends in need. He also likes to share drugs with his closest friend (including Charlotte...) His friends may call him crazy, but in a positive way!
