BIO

He’s a reserved bloke with a passion for wildlife. Worked as a stockman when he was a young man and served in the korean war as a war photographer turned marksman. Got the prominent facial scar later in life while working for a PMC. Currently and happily married to his lovely husband, Anton.

APPEARANCE

He has deep set eyes with prominent dark circles. His nose is aquiline-like and has a scar on top of the nose bridge. Another two scars decorate the left part of his face, notably the huge burned scar that displays his teeth. His skin is tanned and has plenty of wrinkles from sun exposure, stress, and age. Overall, his general appearance is that of a sick man.

He keeps his facial hair scruffy and his barely maintained hair has grown into a wispy mullet. His temples and hairline are thinning and greying at the same time. On occasion, he might just simply comb it back and apply some pomade.

Stress, age and loss of appetite have ravaged his body. Not deathly thin, but has definitely seen better days. His shoulders are broad and his chest has noticeable ribs, however, his arms are still slightly muscular. He still has meat some meat hanging on his bones He has several scars on his body, some acquired when he was young and others acquired in war or when doing mercenary work. His hands are also heavily scarred, caused by both station work and self harm.

EARLY LIFE

Born in the remote town of Oodnadtta to an Arrernte mother and British father. He showed great interest in nature and the wildlife around him as a child, mainly the dingoes that threatened local livestock. He was taught basic station work at a young age so he could not only work alongside his father but also with animals.

DEPLOYMENT

After a few dangerous encounters with dingoes, Nate learned how to shoot a rifle and promptly discovered he had a knack for it. In 1945, his hometown had become a hub for the RAAF; these soldiers inspired Nathan to enlist in the Australian Army. Five years later, war in Korea broke out and Nathan’s battalion, the 3RAR, was deployed. He initially served as a normal infantry soldier and as a war photographer but after a skirmish with enemy forces that had downed his platoon’s marksman, his marksmanship skills had been discovered and so his new position as a sniper emerged.

ANTONHUSBAND

Met while working on [REDACTED]. Got accustomed to his company and became mates but ultimately iniated a romantic relationship after Nate contacted him after retiring. Currently deeply in love and inseparable. Nathan is happy to be with such a hansome and smart man.

CONNOR SALINGERBROTHER

As he is a tad older than Nathan, he feels the need to make sure his little brother is well. This irritates Nathan so don't often get along but even then they have a healthy relationship. Nathan just wishes he would leave him be and stop being in his business.

OLLIVERNEPHEW

Nathan's only and favorite nephew. He helped Connor raise him to become a brave and adventurous man, although he always nags Ollie to be more careful when he riding his bike, as he often gets injured.

GUSTAVOFRIEND

Unknowingly fought together back in the Korean war and coincidentially found themselves working on [REDACTED]. Bonded over similar life experiences and even started a relationship but they both agreed they'd be better off as best friends.

PYOTR???

Allegedly first met one rainy night in a Russian town. Has unknown history with Nathan and even seems a bit wary of him for unknown reasons.
