Adoptables purchased through monetary means via PayPal or vouchers are able to be resold for the previous price and not sold for any higher unless the owner commissions added artworks.
Characters earned through raffles or contests may not be re-traded until 48 hours have passed since the initial transfer. These characters MAY NOT under any circumstances be sold for money unless the owner commissions added artworks, which establishes a worth of the OC.
Designs that have been traded may only ever be traded, unless the owner commissions added artwork.
